To access your mail on the web if traveling go to: http://mail.cybernetplace.com/webmail/src/login.php
Log in using your full e-mail address and password.
To Change your password click Options and then Account Administration.

should use a local mail software such as Outlook or
Outlook Express to retrieve and store your mail so
that you can have a local backup of important e-mail.

DON’T GET CAUGHT OUT!
Here are instructions for how to retrieve your mail
using Outlook or Outlook Express. Call us for
help with other clients.
Outlook Express / WINDOWS Mail:
Click TOOLS > ACCOUNTS > and click on the MAIL
tab.
Click ADD and then MAIL. Type in whatever you wish
to be identified as.
At the Internet Email Address screen type in your full
email address and click next.
The Email Server Names screen will be next. Choose
POP3 account from the type drop down box and enter
- mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.com - substituting your actual
domain name for YOURDOMAINNAME.
Your outgoing mail server will vary depending on who
your internet Service Provider is. Optimum would be
mail.optonline.net, Verizon would be outgoing.verizon.net.
Click NEXT.
Enter your account name as your full e-mail address
and your password then click NEXT.
Click FINISH.
Outlook
Click TOOLS > E-MAIL ACCOUNTS and the wizard appears. Select
Add New mail Account and click NEXT.
Select POP3 and click NEXT.
Type your name and e-mail address. Your user
name is your full e-mail address, enter your password.
For the mail servers, enter - mail.YOURDOMAINNAME.com – for
the incoming server, substituting your actual domain
name for YOURDOMAINNAME.
Your outgoing mail server will vary depending on who
your internet Service Provider is. Optimum would be
mail.optonline.net, Verizon would be outgoing.verizon.net.
You can then click TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS and if you
get all green check on the subsequent window; you are
all set. Some outgoing mail servers require you to
click the advanced settings and set it as directed
by their rules. You may have to contact your
service provider for that information.
Newer versions will try and automatically find an email account, so choose Manually Configure Email Account and follow directions above.
Outlook 2010 is such a program. You need to click the FILE tab, then click Account Settings and then the button Add or Change Existing Accounts. In the next dialogue box it should open to the Mail tab. Click New, then click Next and select Manually Configure Server Settings and click Next.
Make sure that Internet Email is selected and then proceed as above from TYPE YOUR NAME AND E-MAIL ADDRESS
